Overview

As the Marketing Manager at Vietop, I introduced Agile/Scrum methodology to improve collaboration, ownership, and team efficiency. To ensure successful adoption, I led an internal Agile Culture Training focused on shifting team mindset and embedding Agile values into daily work.

Objective

I designed and delivered training sessions centered around 3 core Agile culture values, tailored for marketers:

  1. Ownership – Everyone owns results, not just tasks
  2. Dare to Fail – Encourage experimentation and learning from failure
  3. Super Teammate – Prioritize team success over individual wins

Result
